A Truly Rewarding Experience

As a Rhode Island Blood Center employee, you will not only enjoy working for an organization whose mission you believe in, but also receive competitive pay and one of the most comprehensive benefit programs available.

We offer full-time and part-time employees the following benefits:

RIBC encourages all employees to receive an updated COVID-19 vaccine, which remains the best protection against illness. Though vaccination is strongly recommended to protect your health, baseline vaccination is no longer a condition of employment for most positions. Specialized staff who provide services in hospitals (e.g., CAS nurses) must continue to comply with the vaccine and booster requirements for those healthcare settings and are required to present proof of COVID-19 vaccination.

Equal Employment Opportunity Statement

RIBC is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace. We are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, or Veteran status. We also consider qualified applicants regardless of criminal histories, consistent with legal requirements.
